if it wasn’t for MTV, the 80s would not have been a great time for everyone. 80s was the year of excess and not a lot of people understood it: for them, it was just bad hair years, intolerable hairstyle, and music that does not breed much talent but hogs more on the technology. But then, some people took it by heart, rocked it and made the 80s fashion mainstream!
80s fashion depicted what people were trying to find themselves. they looked for different kinds of ways on how to express themselves, their creativity, and their individuality. Men got obsessed with long hair and make-up while women preferred short hair and more layers of clothing.
These photos display just four of the many types of 80s fashion: Bubble Gum Pop, Aerobics, Androgyny, and Neon Brights.

80′s … i remember my neon blouse with the paddings hahahaha and my highcut shoes that i always wear to play basketball….
nice concept but i’m disappointed at the model . not her best, and she’s not suitable to be a model . my opinion . sorry.
